Founded by Mr. Tomas Malling, the first Danish Viking winemaker in Thrace, our vineyard introduces a unique fusion of traditional French grapes, offering both pure varietals and signature blends. Our wines are crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality, honoring ancient techniques, including the use of Kvevri clay pots, to create wines that echo the timeless traditions of the region.

Nestled in the heart of Thrace, our vineyard is just 8 km from the ancient city of Stara Zagora, a region where winemaking traditions have flourished for over 6,000 years. Established in 2010, our vineyard has grown from its first plantings to produce exceptional wines, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our skilled local team.
